CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY

Confirmation of your reservation will require credit card details to secure – we will not take a deposit but will deduct a 50% cancellation fee should you not arrive In high season ( July, December and January) we require a 25% deposit. If you cancel 3 months before your date of arrival we will refund your deposit. If you cancel within 2 months of your arrival we will readvertise your dates and, once they have been filled, we will refund your deposit. Should we be unable to do so we will retain the deposit.
